As part of our journey to enhance and streamline our candidate experience, our team have undertaken the task of improving our Frequently Asked Questions help page.
An essential element in the candidate journey, the FAQs are vital to aid users in better understanding how to use our site, apply for roles and be a first point of call before contacting our support team.
The new Help Portal site will be hosted on the WMJobs microsite platform and will be easier to navigate than the current help page.
The new portal will launch in December.
The aim is for the user-friendly site to aid candidates in their journey as well as reducing support time spent on candidate queries
Illesse Uppal, WMJobs Advisor, who designed the site said: “We are looking forward to launching the new help portal alongside the new application form in the New Year.
“Our overall aim is to improve the candidate experience and we are confident that this will do that.”
