The start of 2018 saw the much-anticipated launch of the new user-friendly application form.
Both candidate and recruiter alike communicated the need for a more user-friendly application form – The WMJobs team listened.
The new form, with its modern and responsive design, was rolled out on the 5th January 2018.
Hitting a few snags around the launch, the WMJobs team worked tirelessly to solve these and minimise disruption to recruiters as much as possible.
The team are pleased that the form is now live and will be asking candidates for feedback on the new functionality.
Working closely with subscribers and Lumesse, who power the WMJobs ATS, the team were able to create a more user-friendly form whilst making it more digitally savvy in line with customer experiences across online systems.
Manny Sandhu, Head of Resourcing at WMJobs, commented:
“We now have a state of art application form to complement our cutting-edge jobs board!
“Our aim was to create a form which is not only pleasing to the eye but also (and more importantly) easier to complete.
“It is important that in today’s market place to attract the very best candidates, we need to reduce the overall time taken to apply – losing a great candidate at this early stage due to a painful application process is costly to us in many ways. Hence our new form was built to offer candidates an overall improved candidate journey in line with governments digital transformation agenda.
“The form will now be even more accessible via all devices including tablets and mobile for applicants to apply on the go (as the candidates we really want are most likely already in jobs and are very busy!).”
